Our Ambassadors provide one of the most vital elements to our success: dedication. They are committed to growing their business by strengthening the Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce. Ambassadors often serve on committees, give countless hours of volunteer help, and help welcome our newest members into the Chamber family. The Chamber's Board of Directors is a volunteer board of 14 members, elected by the general membership at the Chamber's annual meeting in June of each year. Each director serves an initial three-year term, and is eligible to serve a second three-year term. After serving six years, directors must step down from the board and are ineligible to serve again for a period of one year.
The executive committee of the Board is made up of the President, President-elect, Secretary, and Treasurer. These officers are chosen by the Board for a term of one year. The President-elect steps into the office of President automatically when the Presient vacates the office at the end of his/her term.
